Description
Aquila 1490 CO2 Laser Engraver & Cutter
The Aquila 1490 laser engraver and cutter is a CO2 laser machine designed for versatile engraving and cutting applications. With a 1400×900mm working area, it provides ample space for larger workpieces, detailed designs, and batch production. Depending on the laser configuration and material, it can process a variety of non-metal materials, including wood, acrylic, leather, fabric, and paper.
Industrial level for bigger size applications
The Aquila 1490 combines a generous working area to support everyday engraving and cutting work with the footprint of a large industrial machine.
01. Fully enclosed aluminum protection of motion parts
Dust-proof design encloses the machine’s mechanical moving parts to prevent them from pollution and keep the machine stably working for long time.
02. More speed and less manual operation 800mm/s engraving speed for an industrial-size laser
Autofocus helps you set the working height before a CO₂ laser job, and it’s especially handy when you switch between products of different thicknesses. 800mm/s maximum engraving speed reduces workpice
03. Easy-to-use Ruida control system
Equipped with a Ruida controller and compatible with LightBurn software.
04. Clean Wiring. Quality Engineering.
Every detail matters.

05. Solid Frame. Precision Motion.
Built with a robust frame and linear rail system, the Aquila 1490 is designed for stable movement, smooth operation, and consistent engraving performance.

06. Convenient Controls & Versatile Connectivity
Equipped with an emergency stop button, LAN and USB interfaces, and a dedicated rotary port for convenient connection and flexible operation.

07. Versatile Worktable. Flexible Working Height.
The Aquila 1490 features a dual worktable system with honeycomb and blade beds to suit different applications, plus 200 mm of Z-axis movement to accommodate workpieces of varying heights.

08.Front-to-Rear Pass-Through Design
Process oversized workpieces with ease. The Aquila 1490 features front and rear pass-through openings, allowing longer materials to extend beyond the working area.

09.External Equipment Connections
The Aquila 1490 requires external connections to a water chiller, air compressor, and exhaust blower to support cooling, air assist, and fume extraction during operation.
One Machine, More Creative Possibilities
Produce a wide range of customized products and components using compatible materials.

Material compatibility and cutting thickness depend on material composition, laser power, and processing settings. Never process PVC, vinyl or unknown materials that may release hazardous fumes. A standard CO2 laser does not directly cut bare metals.
